About this bottle
Castle & Key's second whiskey offering, Slow Hands Single Barrel Straight Rye, was one of four single barrel bottlings in the initial batch released in March 2021. Each barrel was filled with a mash bill of 63% rye, 17% yellow corn, and 20% malted barley. Approximately 200 bottles of each cask are produced. Cask #237 was bottled at its natural cask strength of 115.9 proof.
