Castle & Key's second whiskey release is Slow Hands Single Barrel Straight Rye. This expression is one of four single barrels from the initial batch, which debuted in March 2021, with each bottled at cask strength. The mash bill consists of 63% rye, 17% yellow corn, and 20% malted barley. Approximately 200 bottles are expected from each cask. Cask #396 was bottled at a proof of 111.9.
