The second whiskey introduced by Castle & Key is Slow Hands Single Barrel Straight Rye. This bottling is among four single barrels from the first release, launched in March 2021, and each is presented at cask strength. These ryes share a mash bill comprising 63% rye, 17% yellow corn, and 20% malted barley. Each cask is anticipated to yield around 200 bottles. Cask #281 was bottled at 108.3 proof.
