Castle & Key Single Barrel Restoration Rye Barrel #3005

Subtle nose, with yeast, white pepper, and light fruit and anise in the background. The palate follows suit, with anise and pepper becoming prominent in the finish. I would not guess it's only three years old. Quite nice.
