It is made with a mash bill of 17% Yellow Corn, 63% Rye & 20% Malted Barley; aged for 4 years in new American white oak barrels. It starts aromatically with notes of green honeydew melon, cinnamon, nutmeg & toffee; a complex development introduces notes of burnt sugar, charred oak, roasted almonds, baked apples & figs; leading to a lengthy & herbal finish with notes of celery, mint, sage & rose water.
