Easy to drink with a pleasant wood and spice character. A great way to finish the evening, yet mellow enough for another serving. Hints of wood and vanilla, not overpowering alcohol, with a sweet aroma…
Nose: Vanilla and sweet spices dominate, with a strong apple note in the background. Taste: Caramel and toasted peppercorn give way to tart cherry and syrup flavors. This spirit has a very solid mouthfeel.
Significant oak scent and taste.
