Smell: Toffee, sweet brown sugar, ripe white peaches, almond paste, fuzzy kiwi, green pears, and dried apricots. Taste: Charred notes, savory bacon, tropical pineapple, raisins, sweet and salty caramel, dried figs, stone fruit, dark cocoa, and brown sugar. Aftertaste: Smoky bacon, sweet milk chocolate, burnt coal, oily fish, salted cod, and strong coffee.
