Cantera Negra Cafe

Almost black in color. The aroma is less sweet than Kahlua. Coffee is dominant, with undertones of agave, vanilla, cola, and caramel. Sweet on the palate, like a dessert topping. The alcohol is barely perceptible. Smooth and relatively thick. The flavor is nice, but a small amount is sufficient on its own.

A robust coffee spirit, it begins with an inviting aroma and hints of espresso. Its full character leads to a well-rounded finish of moderate duration. October 2024 / August 2025
