A rich, Nicaraguan Aged Rum by Infinity Spirits crafted with local sugarcane that is distilled 5 times; aged for 16 years in both ex-bourbon & ex-cognac casks in both Barbados & Nicaragua; before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of sugarcane, wood, fruits, herbs & spices; while a full & rich middle adds notes of caramelized fruit & molasses; that led to a long & woody end with notes of charred oak, vanilla & tobacco.
