Abundant fruit on the nose, particularly Honeycrisp apples and white grapes. The palate offers more orchard fruit notes, apples and pears, plus tannins from the barrel. The only letdown is the brief finish that doesn't make a lasting impression.
It goes down easy, not a lot going on but has a bit of sweetness, oaky notes, and a touch of spice on the throat and tongue. A nice experience.
Nice warmth, felt good.
