For a clear rum from Puerto Rico, I would choose this over Bacardi or Don Q. Suitable for mixed drinks.

About this bottle
Caliche, a super-premium white rum from Puerto Rico, was jointly developed by Rande Gerber and sixth-generation distiller Roberto Serralles. A blend of rums aged between 3 and 5 years, along with some solera-aged rum, undergoes charcoal filtration to remove color, resulting in a smooth white rum suitable for classic cocktails.

Excellent for cocktails. A bit rough going down, but the initial sip is smooth.
