Cadée Medusa

There's a deep, almost perfumed wood aroma, as if from a type of wood other than oak. The flavor is a mix of wood and fruit, perhaps peach? Vanilla appears a bit later, rounding everything into a subtle sweetness. It's a great flavor, but I can't quite identify it. The body is medium to thin, but the flavors complement it well.

Aroma - very sweet, with caramel and brown sugar notes. Taste - similar to the aroma, with a touch of wood but not significant. A slight floral note with faint bitter undertones. Finish - sweet, brief, and those subtle bitter notes become more prominent.
