Cactus

Appearance: Clearer than water. Legs that are long-lasting and seem like they'll never reach the bottom of the glass. Smell: Rubbing alcohol and some smoke. Taste: Smooth, though a bit smoky, with a hint of meatiness. Prickly pear sweetness comes through. Rubbing alcohol again. Overall: An easy-drinking spirit, but it's a filler. It might be fun for guests, but I'd hesitate to pour it for myself again.
