The scents and tastes are subtle, yet intricate enough to make them difficult to articulate. Citrus, floral notes, and a hint of sweetness are on the nose, while the palate offers herbal undertones, earthiness, and a dry finish, all unfolding in stages and concluding smoothly. Your enjoyment of this will likely depend more on individual preference for the components than on the actual production quality. I've sampled it straight, chilled with ice, and in simple mixed drinks. While I found it pleasant, I also experienced moments where it didn't quite suit my palate.

Trä Kál The Spirit of Patagonia is a well-rounded, herbaceous liqueur from Patagonia. All its components are gathered within a 100-kilometer radius of its water source, utilizing regional apple and pear varieties for the base alcohol, along with seven indigenous herbs and four native berries. It's essentially a brandy base infused like gin with local botanicals. During the third distillation, essential oils are added, and fresh herbs are vapor-infused. It greets you with an aromatic bouquet of wild herbs, forest blossoms, fruit, and trees. Its bold character offers notes of apples, pears, berries, and herbs, leading to a lengthy, dry conclusion.
