This single barrel rye from independent bottler Buzzard's Roost is sourced from MGP in Indiana. Aged for approximately 3 years, it is subsequently finished in proprietary oak barrels that have been toasted and lightly charred in Kentucky. It is bottled at 105 proof, and flavor variations are expected between individual barrels due to the nature of single barrel releases.

A bold, spicy nose with notes of sweet cherry and vanilla. A smooth, powerful, oaky body is quickly followed by a long, spicy finish with considerable pepper heat.
