Consistent with other Buzzard's Roost offerings, this rye undergoes a secondary maturation in the company's unique oak barrels, which are subjected to toasting and a light char (char #1). The bottling is presented without chill-filtration and at barrel strength, ranging from 113 to 116 proof.
