Nose is subtle, with a slight peppery note. Initial taste is a bit dry, rougher than the standard Bushmills, the throat gets warm with alcohol, then the finish is surprising and combines with a pleasant pear flavor. Good length.

The aroma offers a lovely equilibrium and depth. It's quite packed with fruit, and the body is moderate, avoiding thinness. A fantastic sip with a persistent conclusion. This is a real winner for me.
Nose: cream buns, blackcurrants Palate: Bold low notes, a bit hot Finish: Long and balanced at the bottom.
