Whitney Cook 4.3

The aroma presents intense oak, quite distinctive and deep, plus maple syrup and a touch of orange zest. It enters the mouth with a velvety smoothness, featuring vanilla and some baking spices. The oak makes a strong comeback halfway through, accompanied by toffee and spearmint. The aftertaste is remarkably lengthy for a spirit of its alcohol content, bringing bitter dark chocolate, leather, spices, and savory maple. It's a bit pricey at $80, but if you're in Oregon and want something delicious and special, look for this.

Jarred Earl 3.5

Deep, Rich Golden Caramel color. Oily texture. Sweet and fruity nose with a hint of Vanilla. Nice, balanced heat on the palate, starts woody and sweet with brown sugar and finishes with a light amount of black pepper and spearmint. Well balanced, drinkable on its own (no water needed).

Tamika Stephenson 5.0

A remarkable and pleasing blend of southern oak spices and dessert notes from Garryana (Oregon Oak). The 10, 12, and 14-year-old components are beautifully combined. A must-try limited edition.

Kinsley Ellison 4.8

Rich and fruity with a long, dry finish. The mouthfeel lingered for hours.

Dorothea Carrier 5.0

Received this from the bourbon club - it's surprisingly smooth.

Jaron Nagy 4.0
