About this bottle
Introduced in July 2017, this 46-year-old Islay single malt represents the oldest bottling to date from Bunnahabhain. Distilled in 1969, Eich Bhana Lìr, meaning "great waves of the god Lir," spent its entire maturation period in second-fill oloroso sherry butts within the distillery's Warehouse #4. Production was limited to 198 bottles, bottled at 41.8% ABV.
