A refined, 9-year-old single malt from Bunnahabhain distillery, located on Islay's northeast coast, as part of the Provenance collection. This was distilled in October 2007 and matured in a refill hogshead until February 2017, then bottled by Douglas Laing in a limited run of 312 bottles. It begins with delicate notes of cinnamon biscuits adorned with chocolate, fresh peach & a whisper of blackberry jam; evolves into rich flavors of dried oak, barley & caramelized fruit; concluding with a balanced, medium-length finish featuring Golden Delicious apples, honey & clove.
