This aged whisky, released as part of a special series by a renowned former master distiller, offers aromas of lemon, orange, and sandalwood. The palate reveals flavors of lemon-lime marmalade, subtle wood spice, and a touch of jasmine, with the spice on the finish softening into orange tea. A beautifully matured spirit. The last reported sale price seems reasonable for one of the limited bottles.
