Among the botanicals used are coriander, grapefruit peel, fig, orange blossom, orange peel, rhubarb root, Szechuan peppercorn, and hops (specifically Amarillo, Cascade, Citra, and Galaxy varieties). On the nose: sweet and fruity like a chinotto. I detect orange and grapefruit peel. On the palate: tastes like candy. Grapefruit and chamomile are prominent, with mild bitterness. It's overly sweet for my preference, but that makes it pleasant and accessible.
Abundant herbal, subtle tea flavor, nice bitterness
It tastes excessively like it contains added sugar.
