Bulleit Bourbon Single Barrel (Barrel House Special Select Barrel)

Vanilla, maple, and just a bit of blueberry at the finish. The finish lingers a little too long for my liking. Quite hot, leaving the back of my palate somewhat numb.

Whiskey sour.
