It smells of sweet wheat. The taste is sweet vanilla with a touch of wheat. It coats the tongue perfectly without any bite. It goes down smoothly with no warmth or burn. The lingering flavor is wheat with hints of sweetness and wood.

My go-to for a quick Old Fashioned or Filibuster. I get it at Costco and transfer it to a smaller container for convenience.

A Pawley’s Island Liquor Select. It has a spicy upfront character with a smooth vanilla finish.
