Buffalo Trace's Experimental Collection features its 24th release: a baijiu-style spirit crafted from sorghum and peas. The production methods mirrored those used for whiskey, and the spirit was aged for 11 years in three distinct cask types: charred, toasted, and uncharred oak. These components were subsequently blended and bottled at 90 proof.
