Bribery Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Port Barrels

A woody Bottled in Bond Bourbon that was distilled and aged in Kentucky using American white oak casks for 3 years, then transported to Napa Valley for a 2-year finish in port barrels. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of grains, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs, and spices; a rich middle phase adds notes of caramel corn, orange zest, vanilla, toffee, and roasted peanuts; leading to a slightly oaky finish with notes of tongue numbing.

Smells like a candy store. Heather honey. Floral when water is added. Butter. A lovely sweetness, though its youth is showing a bit.
