This spirit is more approachable and less heavy than others at its price. It begins with a mild corn sweetness and concludes with a pleasant rye spice. Additionally, a hint of gum drop or anise is present on the finish.

Pleasant. Dill and molasses lead the way. Clearly a darker style of Rye. Enjoying this!
In the words of Bill... “WHOA...that’s substantial.”
Notes of vanilla and cake batter, with a pleasant finish.
