Brenne Ten is an annual release from Cognac, France. This French whisky is a composition of approximately four distinct barrels, filled with spirit distilled using an alembic Charente still. Brenne Ten undergoes aging for ten years in a mix of new French Limousin oak and cognac casks.

Beautiful fruit aroma. Such rich French spices. But where is the grain? There is beautiful organic single malt in this ten-year-old whiskey. But I can't taste it. Coming off that big aroma, it's thin and lacks the chewy malt I'm looking for.
Disregard these opinions. The Brenne 10 is a remarkable dram on the nose, and its taste lives up to its rating. A true improvement over their younger expression without an age statement.
Highly aromatic with a strong spice profile. Reminiscent of aged gin, featuring notes of juniper and chamomile. Quite unique and intricately layered.
All I detect is youth. A faint hint of sweetness. Not going to be on my shopping list.
Slightly spicy. Tastes better than it smells, but I'm not particularly fond of it. Also a bit fruity/sweet.
