An intriguing sweet and spicy aroma, with deep molasses and an unidentifiable undertone. The flavor doesn't quite match, leaning towards a wheat spice that makes it taste like a rye. It's thin with very little body. Not bad, but not exceptionally enjoyable.
Slightly smoky with notes of honey and caramel, plus some floral/orange characteristics. A significant amount of caramel. The finish is very smooth but doesn't last very long.
Possesses a more pronounced sharpness compared to other wheated spirits.
