Rating: 9/23 This is another imitation of Bailey's. Since Bailey's isn't exceptional, I'm somewhat hopeful. Its color is very similar to Bailey's. Nose: Bailey's smells milky and grassy, while this has a creamy aroma, reminiscent of Werther's Originals butterscotch with a hint of banana. There's a vodka scent present, or perhaps a very cheap, oily scotch like Glen Logie. Palate: The taste is quite rich but excessively sweet and unbalanced. The oily vodka (Glen Logie) flavor amplifies the banana notes from the Werther's Originals. The Werther's flavor (without banana) is acceptable, but the cream is the only clearly good taste. The alcohol has a grainy texture that adds a slight spice. It's somewhat intriguing, but not very good. Finish: A peculiar musty note emerges on the finish, along with other elements. It's somewhat like dried grass. Perhaps the alcohol's graininess finally integrates with the other flavors acceptably, and the alcohol burn disappears. It reminds me of slightly spoiled dry milk powder, maybe. Like the palate, it's intriguing but not good. Unfortunately, this imitation falls far short of the original's quality. Upon closer inspection, it's made from Irish Whiskey and other spirits. So, my initial identification of vodka flavor was correct. I was considering a score of 7 to 10, leaning towards 9 or 10. It's difficult to evaluate this without similar products for comparison. I'll settle on a 9. For $9 a bottle, it's probably not the worst option.

Brady's has a somewhat yellow-cream appearance, but it is generally similar to other Irish cream liqueurs, meaning it looks similar to chocolate milk. The alcohol legs are widely and evenly spaced. The aroma is of strong dairy cream, with background chocolate. The flavor is cream forward, with liqueur, cocoa, vanilla, and sweetness, in the background. Brady's has a medium body, with a velvety mouthfeel and finishes midway dry to sweet.
