The nose has a sweet melon, possibly pear, or perhaps white grape quality. There's a subtle chamomile-like characteristic. It definitely contained some sediment. The palate offers pleasant fruity vanilla with a nice extended finish. A slight brininess is present. The peat is mild. It's well-balanced and easy to drink, with no noticeable heat.
