Surprisingly good and sweet. Standard bourbon nose - nothing remarkable. First taste - some kind of apple. Nice finish - continues with apple, very smooth. No burn. Well done, Northeast Ohio.
To me, a mild maple flavor leans toward the rye character.
Sweet, not an intense maple flavor.
