Bondstone Distiller's Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon

The nose is delicate, featuring notes of toffee, oak, peach, vanilla, sawdust, grass, and corn. The palate is weak, with oak, faint hints of baker’s chocolate, black pepper, and white sugar, followed by ash. The finish is ashy, brief, and burnt.

Tastes like a peaty scotch. I would add a drop of water next time.
