Information from various online sources: This spirit is made from 100% Bolita Belatove pink corn, cultivated in the central valleys of Oaxaca, Mexico. It is aged for under a year in previously used oak barrels and demijohn glass. Nose: Faint notes shift between creamed corn, buttered popcorn, and apricots. Palate: Earthy, moderately sweet, and slightly viscous, with subtle notes of roasted corn, caramel, and vanilla. Finish: Medium length with earthy yeast flavors and a hint of warmth.
