Davion Walters 4.0

This bourbon is exceptionally sweet, as expected with an 80% corn mash bill. The rye contributes a spicy finish. This distillery is months away from its bourbon being ready for bottling. I’m curious to taste it then and as it matures further. It’s enjoyable now, even in its youth, and I anticipate it will only get better!

The aroma is dominated by corn, reminiscent of white dog due to its youth. The taste, especially for its high proof, is delightful and smooth. I strongly predict this expression will become highly sought after in six to ten years.
