These were chosen by Jim Rutledge, the company's liquid director and a notable figure in the industry. All bottlings share the same mash bill, yeast, still, and warehouse origin. The alcohol by volume varies per barrel, ranging from 124 to 132 proof. These were made available in May 2021 in KY, CA, DE, GA, MD, SC, TN, and DC.
