About this bottle
Blue Note Honey Rye Cask is a limited bottling that is being released again. This straight rye whiskey has a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It was aged for at least three years and then finished in American oak barrels previously used for aging honey. The unfiltered whiskey is bottled at 116.49 proof. Approximately 13,000 bottles were available for purchase online and in select U.S. markets in September 2025. (SRP $64.99)
