Nose: Sweet, balanced apricot and honey. I really like this aroma. Palate: A rich, creamy texture that transitions into sweet flavors of toffee and caramel. Sweeter than anticipated given the alcohol content, with a lingering finish. Overall, this exceeded my expectations. The distinctive creaminess was delightful, and it had minimal burn for a spirit at 120 proof.

Tasted neat from a 10-year single barrel. The aroma is butterscotch and oak. The flavor is sweet caramel followed by spicy vanilla and a finish of dry oak.
A sweet aroma gives way directly to corn. Well executed.
