Really enjoy this. A friend picked up a bottle at the distillery. Flavor is robust but not overwhelming. On my third bottle. I wish I were closer to Shelbyville, KY.

Nose is sweet. Earthy. Slight fruit. Mouthfeel: thin. Light. Taste: sweet corn. Earthy. Finish remains sweet with a hint of spice.
