Blinking Owl Old Tom Gin

It might be my preference for barrel-aged spirits, but this is genuinely the best gin I've had. The Napa wine barrels impart just the slightest hint of sweetness, much more subtle than most spirits aged in wine barrels (perhaps because it's aged for such a short time in white wine barrels rather than heavy dessert wines, as is often the case). The slight aging complements, rather than overpowers, notes of juniper, orange peel, hibiscus, and sage.
