One of two Blind Tiger gins imported to the USA from Belgium by DeVore (the other being Piper Cubeba). This gin's distinguishing feature is the inclusion of three teas. Manufacturer's notes: 11 BOTANICALS Juniper berries, coriander seeds, grains of paradise, angelica root, iris root, lemon peel, bitter almond, lemon grass, china yunnan matured tea, imperial pu-erh himalaya secret of cashmere black tea, assam black tea harmutty. THE PROCESS Our botanicals (excluding the teas) are macerated and distilled in a copper pot still (400l). We add the separately distilled teas afterward.
