The Filliers Distillery in Belgium, renowned for its jenevers, produces this Dry Gin. Firmin Filliers, a third-generation Master Distiller at Filliers, created the original Dry Gin in 1928. It was reintroduced in 2012 and contains 28 botanicals, most of which are kept secret, in addition to juniper, referencing both the year of its creation and its ingredient count. Notable known components include angelica root, Belgian hops, allspice, and fresh oranges. It is bottled at 43.7% ABV.

A crisp, dry gin from Filliers Distillery in Belgium, made in copper stills and infused with 28 botanicals. It begins aromatically with notes of juniper, lemon, and orange. Its elegant and creamy middle adds more juniper and citrus notes, leading to a zesty, medium-length finish with hints of orange peel, lemon zest, pine, tangerine, blossoms, botanicals, and vanilla. To be honest, I had higher expectations... you can find less expensive gins with a smoother character. It's rather ordinary.
Features juniper and floral notes, it's dry and smooth, making it suitable for a gin and tonic.
