You're navigating the streets when you spot two zombies feasting on a fellow near the next intersection. Then, you observe a bottle of this spirit beside the unfortunate soul. The bottle I sampled was 100 proof. The aroma was pleasant and sweet. It presents as caramel corn but not much else. Despite its simplicity, it's quite approachable thanks to its smoothness and minimal burn. You're faced with a decision. Restock your survival kit now, or hold out for another find. It might be worth a few rounds of ammo if you believe you can secure the bottle and make a swift exit.

Nose: Corn, butterscotch. The sip is very oak-forward, with some vanilla and baking spice, but primarily dry oak. It drinks warmer than its 100 proof, with both the heat and spice intensifying as you drink. A hint of dark fruit on the finish, like cherry or dark berry. Overall, it seems young and craft-made.

The aroma offers some demerara syrup and caramel but doesn't show much depth beyond that. The flavor almost demands cola, with hints of it and lots of woody, rooty notes. It would make a superb mixer, but on its own, it needs something more to make it stand out.

Nose: honey and fresh linens Mouthfeel: light and airy Palate: more honey, sweetened green, imagined oak Finish: mid to long. Definitely long for its age, mild and immensely pleasurable

Quite assertive and not very sweet. I enjoy drinking it neat. It's far too expensive to use as a mixer and I've found it doesn’t blend well with other spirits!

Neat. The nose is spicy caramel. The taste is sweet and spicy burnt caramel with a sweet spice finish. Pretty good, but it drinks hotter than 100 proof to me.
