Table & Vine single barrel removed from cask 6/27/23 cask 194 on rack 15 Glass: Glencairn, sat for 15 minutes. Appearance: Medium amber shade. Smell: Caramel, vanilla, fruit. Taste: Substantial mouthfeel with spice from baking and clove transitioning to light cinnamon tones. Aftertaste: Brief duration with moderate warmth. A small taste: No new notes emerge. General impression: 7/10 - It's decent, likely falling between the standard Buffalo Trace product and Eagle Rare, both of which are more accessible. It's the pinnacle of a bottle collectors seek and doesn't live up to the buzz. It's fine, but certainly not worth pursuing or paying inflated prices for. When this was available for under $50, that was appropriate.
