Nose: Cocoa, cinnamon, allspice. Taste: Coffee, cocoa, caramel (like dulce de leche) and nutmeg. Finish: Chocolate and chili (an excellent pairing) that persists and creates a tingling sensation at the back of the throat.
A nice rum with a strong coffee flavor and no excessive sweetness.
Great rum! The bottle was finished in one evening.
