Oh, nuts... it really tastes nutty! 😄 The aroma is quite balanced, with faint spearmint and anise. The flavor is dominated by nuts: almonds, peanuts, walnuts, and some buttered popcorn. It finishes smoothly without lingering, just a hint of pepper at the very end. Considering the price for a 1.75 L bottle and its 80 proof, this is a solid purchase. It's not the best I've had, but definitely not the worst! I would buy it again if it were more easily found in my area.

A substantial bottle of this landed in my hands as a sort of "present." It's not mind-blowing, but it's far from awful. Likely best suited for cocktails, according to others. I prefer mine over ice, and it's passable.
Mediocre. It's a standard, young, corn-forward whiskey with the typical bourbon aroma but little else. It also has a rather bitter aftertaste. Best suited for mixing.
This bourbon is what initially sparked my interest in the category. It's acceptable, but not something for regular drinking. The cost aligns well with its quality.
Sweet notes reminiscent of bourbon vanilla. It serves well as a mixer, especially given its reasonable price.
Presents with vanilla and caramel. Its low cost makes it an excellent option for cocktails.
