Macey Laws 2.5

Barrel: BDA133 The aroma is dominated by alcohol with a touch of biscuit. The taste is also heavily alcoholic with a burn at the finish. Subtle peppery and biscuity notes are present. Adding a little water reveals more caramel and vanilla, but the alcohol heat remains significant.

Donald Vogel 4.3

Aromas of earthy barrel spice and young oak. It has an oily texture with pleasant warmth. Made with New York water. Flavors of black pepper and a developing burnt caramel sensation in the mouth. A satisfying finish.

Mitchell Morse 3.3

Light gold color. Smells of the earth. Quite a bit of spice and pepper. A little rough going down. Could use a splash of water.

Julianna Mccall 4.0

60.2% ABV. Raw peanuts and grape skins. Savory and oily with a quality heat.
