This spiced rum, flavored with natural ingredients, comes from Black Coral Rum, a father-and-son operation in Riviera Beach, Florida. Using a custom-built still, they distill their craft products from sweet cane molasses. Ben Etheridge and his father, avid divers, reportedly hide rum-filled treasure chests in the Atlantic Ocean off the Florida coast for discovery.

As a long-time Scotch enthusiast new to Rum, my perspective should be considered. Black Coral Spiced is excellent when compared to Morgan, Bacardi, and Cruzan. It is surprisingly enjoyable served over ice and provides great value at just over $20. I have no negative comments. A superb Rum!
It's sweet and spicy, without being harsh or bitter. It's smooth and doesn't burn. I like drinking it chilled with one ice cube.
Tried this at a supermarket. A pleasant, well-rounded flavor that isn't overly sweet.
