Arabella Payne 4.0

Appearance: This distinctive craft whiskey is a deep copper hue with substantial, slow-moving legs on the glass after swirling. Nose: The aroma is generally sweet and nutty, clearly showing sherry influence. Notes of caramel, vanilla, honey, walnuts, almonds, hay, straw, strawberry yogurt, plum, and a hint of varnish tantalize the senses. It also brought to mind a relative's pecan pie with pecans, cinnamon, and buttery bread. The aroma alone is captivating! Taste: The palate is subtle, complex, and fruity. I detected notes of cherry, raspberry, green apple, snickerdoodle cookie, a dry maltiness, and dark chocolate. Finish: It has a medium-length finish that leaves a sweet, memorable sensation. Thoughts: Despite facing many obstacles, this whiskey, according to a Master Distiller, is the first of its kind legally produced. This American take on Irish whiskey style has earned numerous accolades and has won me over as well! I strongly suggest acquiring a bottle if possible, and I will certainly purchase it again! Thank you! Cheers!

It's acceptable, but not particularly remarkable.
