Their flavor profile is influenced by Falernum liqueur and includes notes of cinnamon, allspice, and additional spices and botanicals. The product is certified Kosher-Pareve (OU), non-GMO, and is bottled at 44% ABV.

Swapped this into a tiki-style daiquiri variation (rum, lime, Falernum, simple) after sampling the original's 3 dashes of Angostura, and it was a remarkable improvement. Eager to use in any other Caribbean/Polynesian-inspired cocktail that doesn't already feature a strong spice profile.
